I'm ringing Huw as I think I can do a better job than Monk, he's clueless with his substitutions.

I'm still seething that Canas lasted as long as he did, he should have been subbed after 35 minutes today.

Agree, Canas did nothing for me. I expect Leon and Shelvey to start on Wednesday.

No one can fathom Monk's decisions. I would be absolutely amazed if he's manager next season.

Agree, but how long can we keep hoping this. A masive overhaul is needed next year.

I know, but our defence has been wanting all season, and Chico comes back from a red and gives away a penalty? Ok maybe a bit unlucky, but he's not as good as Caulker in that position, and Ben is not doing it for me either lately, De Guzman, Chico, Tiendalli, Cannas, Lita, can all clear off in the summer!...........<ok>

One good thing for monk, is that if we as fans cannot fathom Monk's subs, how can the opposition ;)

    Great bonus for Garry Monk

By Mikkel Lund Køhler | For 2 week 5 days ago
If they succeed Garry Monk to keep Swansea top of the Premier League, waiting for a big bonus of a whopping £ 500,000 to the interim head coach.

So far, Swansea's manager received no assurance about his future at the club, although he has been the club out of the relegation zone.

Although it is now more than a month ago that Garry Monk took over from Michael Laudrup is Garry Monk continued his playing contract.

Garry Monk has made it sensible as manager of Swansea, where it has been for five points in the last four games.

If this streak continues, the 34-year-old Garry Monk put whopping £ 500,000 in the bank this summer. Michael Laudrup, however, had received a whopping £ 1m if it was he managed to keep Swansea in the Premier League.

Well he better start earning it ,the cheap option could cost us millions and looking more likely after each game .
