Salad with a "bring your own" tin of tuna. Wholemeal roll. Orange juice. 7/10 (although the highlight was my own tuna).

Just as I was bored at work and wanted to kill a bit of time...

Car, 2:30 - Champagne Chaser @ 15/2 - No issue with the going or distance, most of the others havn't run the 3m5f before...
Ling, 3:50 - Court Frontier @ 9/1 - Dropping mark in a weakfish race, any return to form could well see him place at least...
Car, 4:05 - Minella Daddy @ 13/2 - Bowens horses usually do well here...

    Small e/w singles n doubles...<cheers> <ok>

    afternoon,fellas!hope,youre well..

    carlisle,2 00:

the big question is:can vis a vis translate his very useful form from the level to hurdles.well,if he does, big shout.but i d rather go with one with experience, and that is CHAMAPGNE COURT.after a good win 3 starts back,he came up short twice against high profile opponents, and meets nothing of that calibre today,so he can get back on the winning trail here..

Onurbike 50/1 lingfield, this horse loves heavy ground , been pulled up last twice but they’ve booked proper jockey today , may be nothing , but he has form that would make this price silly , ive gone sporting ew , price has come into 40/1 , 2 45 ling

i never go each way unless they are at least 16s, I take it that it was placed?
If i back them to win they are 2nd, ew they are 4th or 5th whichever is just outside the places, my father who got me into the horses was the same, must be the DNA.

better run this time , finished 5th with each way extra paying 25/1 at that point , i expect he will be back to a stiffer track again next month on heavy ground , shame towcester has gone ! wonder if o’neil will spend on going up to carlisle ,stiff right handed course with steep finish ,suits the slow grinders !,

    carlisle,4 05:

ARTHURS GIFT was one of the handicap hurdle fiends last season, running in highly competitive races, but his career over fences hasnt been an instant success so far this season.but hes with a top yard, and still early days.also on a potentially attractive mark,so not ruled out here..
