    Been with a Serb drinking for 4 hours today thus far and he completely gushes over our capture of Mitrovic. He lived in the same complex in Belgrade and says that we have signed the nearest thing to Shearer since.... Shearer.
    This lad was at the two Partizan games in the noughties and says his main texollection of the Toon fans was their warmth and their drinking capacity!
    He did say that Mitro thrives off crosses or square wing play balls and doesn't like route 1.
    He also buzzes off loud crowds ans passion.
    In short the lad says he will adore him and he will adore us.
    Great convo and just thought I'd share lads.

    Good to hear. I'm very pleased we managed to get him. I hope Schteeeve has been working on teaching some of our players to cross the ball mind. Hope we can get a couple of wide players to step up.

    A touch excited today <laugh>

    The sooner he scores the better. I actually thought Cisse was good today. Might buy him some time or it could just hold him up. He will have to battle his way in, if he is good enough, it will happen for him.

    Cisse played well he starts ahead of mitrovic simple as that

    Mitrovic is going to struggle for sometime i suspect

    He played better after he scored, which is natural for a player who thrives on confidence. If he can rediscover his confidence then he'll be undroppable, but he's rarely a 90 minute player so we need a quality replacement anyway.
