Mindless Idiots

Just been on the Swansea board and apparently some tools bricked the Swansea coach this evening. I know we're all frustrated by our performances of late but come on, this isn't the 80's. I desparately want to take my 9 year old boys to an away game but how can I if there are still idiots like this around?

 

It's 10-15 idiots that make up a very small portion of the fan base, just like the boo boys.

 

Not fans, fans wouldn't get the club a bad name.

Hope they spend the night behind bars and it might teach them a lesson.

 

Still wrong and these guys, give all Newcastle fans a bad name. Maybe they should have smacked Pardew or Simpson they would be more deserving.

I have never ever been to a newcastle game involving SAFC (and I have been to the vast majority at your place since the mid seventies) where Something hasn't been thrown in my direction, or I have had to fight my way out of a situation where I've being physically attacked. This doesn't seem to register with the Newcastle based TV/Radio press, where as if a Sunderland fan so much farts in your direction it is headline news.

I hate to say this but they were probably so called fans who came because the tickets were cheap on the day.

both sets of fans have their twats, in fact all clubs do. it could be worse.... just look at what Millwall get up to..... and away with....

 

We all feel rubbish when our team loses and let's be honest have all gloated at the expense of and had some banter with the fans on the other side.
I cannot for the life of me understand why some small minority and l suspect it is a very small minority, seems to think that feeling bad about losing a game of football gives them carte blanch to express that frustration through violence and destruction.
There is no place or excuse for this kind of behaviour, l for one hope these idiots are identified and banned from the club for life.

Does anybody know if they even were fans, or just some punks hanging around with nothing better to do. I honestly can't imagine fans doing that kind of thing.

Our hands are tied when dealing with sh*t and they feel untouchable. A dose of their own medicine might make them thin twice - assuming they have a brain to thin with (which I doubt!)

 

You're wrong, my train was attacked last season after the Derby at SJP, it wasn't on the news, the fighting was in the carriage I was in, and Sunderland supporters were boxing with police on the metro platform, it was awful.
I watched the news that evening, nothing was mentioned, nothing was mentioned in the local press either.

 

I remember that incident, I got to hear of it on the way to the Metro. I think there was some publicity later on, after the Court cases maybe.
