Mills deal in doubt

Why is he struggling to sever ties if we want shot and he want out? Maybe trying to get some sort of gagging order?

Mills is expected to return for fitness testing today. With alot of these rumours we need to remember Nigel decided not to loan Mills out to Leeds so i cant be as bad as some of the rumours make out. Nigel did give DJ Campbell another chance a few years back so if we cant shift him maybe Mills and Nigel will make up but its still very unlikely

 

I think NOTE THAT IS THINK AND NOT KNOW that he sees an opportunity to make a bit of cash and wants a pay off to leave

 

I'm guessing as Mills never asked for a transfer he (or more likely his agent) will be expecting a golden handshake for leaving. Similar thing happened when joey Barton left man city for newcastle, it was held up as JB wanted £600K which he was due and in the end newcastle paid it themselves. It's not a bad life is it!

 

20! that wouldn't even leave us with 11! over exaggerated much?

Im happy for him to train hard and work his way back into the team tbh, so dont mind if he doesnt go, hes still a solid defender.

 

I would like Mills to stay but only if Nigel thinks its right for the team

IF Nigel feels he can forgive him and it wont upset the squad then i would be more then happy for Mills to stay

But i dont see it happening and it all depends on what Mills has done and if Mills is going to show the right sort of attitude now

 

It will be interesting to hear if Mills attending the fitness testing today. If Nigel has completely banished him why would he want him back for it. Maybe with a bit of grovelling from Mills they might be able to move on from what happened if it wasnt too serious and too many people arent upset. If Mills did stay then we wouldnt need Chester as i think Mills is better then him when both are on top form. We would just need someone to come in a provide cover
