    The fact that he was living British politics to do this charity gig in New York suggests to me that this is a cop out.

    I'm ****ing pleased. I actually respect him as a bloke. We have a bit of fire in our manager for the first time since Keane.

    Hopefully his signings are better than Keane.

    Hopefully Di Canio gets the down the training ground bright and early tomorrow... and hammers the **** out of them till they are puking. And then makes them go again. The players need whipped into shape. They need to know he doesn't **** around, what he says goes, and he will work them hard if they dont show 100% commitment.

    They will be like the brave 300 and put their bodies on the line attacking every ball that comes their way. None of this defensive bullshit, 1 up front at home to Kidderminster Harriers in a friendly.

    And **** DM. What did he actually do at the club?
