I love the bloke, but this now is his a achilies (sp) heel, brill at sunderland, and brill to a point. a point he will lose it if the chairman doesnt give him a confidence boost (confidence manager). gonna throw the season away unless mac gets a boost, because that team room will always belong to mick wickham would do it COYB!
