What a star aye! He has a friend to thank though. a big metal pole above his head. Don't look too bad. Just a bit timid at the moment.
Awsome keeper performance well done rogers getting what looks a real gem in. I dont think dorus would have done as well by far !!
For the record Jager I have re-opened this thread, don't know how or who closed it, but it is open again OK!!! thanks for letting me know, but not for accusing me!................. please log in to view this image
well you posted here last mate, so its a fair bet you closed it unintentionally, easily done with vbulletin mate, now stop bleating you tart!
Thought the commentators were harsh suggesting he was at fault for the first goal, he did nothing wrong tonight imo.
Listen you tart, read my lips!! I did not close this thread down, intentionally or otherwise!! Got it, how about not jumping to conclusions, hell who rattled your cage!!...................... please log in to view this image
Not sure whether this is the right place to post it, but well done tonight. Your new keeper definitely kept you in the game and looks set to be a good buy for you. If he keeps it up, then I see no reason why you cant survive, seeing as theres going to be quite a few who suffer like that against City. Good effort Jacks
Dragon, Is there any chance you or Mabon can do something about that freakshow down the M4 and also keep an eye out for the Bluebird masquerading as one of us too
great prospect, some great saves that i dont think dorus would have got,.....its going to be a great season with him in goal thats for sure...agree 10/10
He was fantastic! Looks a superb keeper! Your passing game was good in part of the first half. I can honestly say that I think you's will stay up, your better than the Blackburn's, Wigan's etc I wish you look for the season
What freak show Dilli? Are you referring to JH? if so what do you suggest, and I will post to Mabon for second opinion!.................. please log in to view this image
Many thanks TJR and totally agree - some superb saves from Vorm. Good luck to you as well, have long been an admirer of NUFC since the Malcolm McDonald days! Think we will surprise some this season and, result aside, was happy with our display tonight - no shame in being well beaten by a world class Man City side - we have to concentrate on beating the teams around us in the bottom half of the league and I think we are well capable of doing that!
Cheers McLaren, hell of a baptism tonight, at least we know we have a great keeper!.............. please log in to view this image
