Hi everyone! reading today,About Mr Laudrup, will only consider big club job offers, west brom, and southampton where interested in speaking to him, about manager job vancancies. But he was quoted saying they not big enough clubs would Laudrup be good at top 4 club? i dont no
More likely the other way round. Sounds exactly like the actions of a petulant football child after being rejected.
Thrown his toys out of his pram because other managers are preferred to him, Who the **** do he think he is ......Michael dear boy you have to do better than what you have done so far to be considered good enough for a top job.. If you cant manage a small club then why would anyone think you deserve a big club, get off your high horse and start at the bottom where you obviously belong at this time of your career and work hard and don't make pathetic comments that you are too good for the likes of most of us also rans.
He never said that. Can anyone point me to the quote? Can anyone point me to a quote from Southampton saying he was offered the job?
http://www1.skysports.com/football/...ly-take-offer-from-big-club-in-premier-league For someone who calls himself Mr. Know it all, you clearly don't.
Give me strength. He doesn't mention Southampton in the link you provided Have another go. It's at times like this that I wish I'd called myself "Mr. Stupid-ism"
I have to agree with you here, we don't see him mention Soton. But I would like to know what the question was.
Could you provide a link to either a quote of the question or a video of it please? Not that any of it matters. It is his life and he can take which ever job he pleases....interesting how people see a headline designed to grab their attention and immediately adopt the idea contained in the headline into their thinking though.
Mate they are a great club and produce probably the best youngsters to come through the PL. if they had kept hold of all of them they would be a top club now. But, 2 or is it 3 seasons ago they were in L1. To me they are not a big club. But a very progresive one.
Either way, they're a bigger club than all he has managed and surely a step in the right direction towards a huge club. Don't see how he thinks a huge club will come after him when his record shows that for whatever reason, his tenure goes tits up after 18-24months. Not only that, if Barca or RM became available tomorrow, surely they'd look to Martinez before Laudrup given what he did at Everton. Laudrup, by taking the Southampton job, if in the running for it, could have done similar and improved his reputation while waiting for his opportunity.
I dont disagree with you in terms of he needs to manage a club that will lead to the big job he wants. A newcastle or an everton would be the next step. but that is not going to happen. So maybe it would have been the right choice for him.
