Rodgers described by some when appointed as Who is he......And that man did what others failed to do and got us to the promise land and to say it was no fluke he topped that with a 11th place finish.......he did that not any other manager he did it and that's why he is at a top club now and he earned it....end of story......you cant say anyone else could have done it as that is a ridiculous statement, Its like saying if Rodgers was boss of man city last season he would win the title..

I didn't say anyone could have taken us up, I just said that you can't say that nobody else could have. If Rogers is such the hero you make him out to be, why couldn't he have won the title if he was man city manager? You're contradicting your own argument there, I could bloody well win the title as Man city manager with an open cheque book!

Managers have tried and managers have failed and that was due to jinks not backing them.If they did get the backing then maybe they would or maybe they wouldn't have got us promoted, we will never know the answer to that question. Brendan came in and jinks was ordered to back him and he delivered...its on record and while every man and his dog had us as odds on favorites to go straight back down Brendan did his stuff and made the bookies and the doubters eat their words by ending in 11th place and so many admirers too many to count....Now thats what i call a good manager and modest with it and I hope ML can do just as well this season...this we cant say until the season is over....now thats the facts of the matter...

So let me get this clear you are stating on this open forum, that anyone can read, that Huw Jenkins, Chairman of Swansea City FC, did not support Robert Martinez or Paulo Sousa in their attempts to gain promotion, thereby deliberately holding Swansea City football club back and that he had to be ordered to support Brendan Rogers in order to gain Swansea promotion to the Premier League ? Is that what you are saying? Dai, I think you should now stand by for litigation.
