<LOL> So spectacularly wrong eh i was listening a match the other day and the summariser ... and ex player was talking about Arsenal's ( I think) tactics and he said: "And of course there is always another point of view.... and in football there are about five.... " We are ALL football pundits....
Most of the 'experts' are anything but. However, I have some sympathy having confidently predicted myself that Leicester would get relegated!
Positive words about the Pozzos and their ways of working/. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/fo...ow-the-envy-of-many-Premier-League-clubs.html Collywobble on the other hand seems to think us and Bournemouth aren't big enough.. http://betting.boylesports.com/football/bournemouth-v-watford-doesnt-cut-it-for-premier-league
He is correct in thinking that Bournemouth v Watford is not as appealing to people in Asia as Man U v Man C, though. But then Stoke v Newcastle would not be high on their list of 'must watch' games. He must also be the only person outside Leeds who thinks that anyone under about 40 has even heard of them away from the UK.
This should give us comfort: Watford are the 11th newly-promoted side to have won at least 25 points in their opening 16 Premier League games - none of the previous 10 have been relegated
Muppet. That article really made me cross.Clearly clueless and he should look at his history. All that twaddle about clubs paying their dues. (forgets that Arsenal got into the top flight by a vote, NOT by success on the football field!). Also, he seems to think that only clubs in large conurbations should be in the top division. Fine, let's get Walsall, Brentford, Tranmere and Gateshead into the top flight. Presumably, it's the only way he thinks Aston Villa can survive. Finally, the history of Leeds United , apart from the fact that due to their dishonesty it's doubtful if the club should actually exist, is of a few good years in the 70's, followed by a couple of good ones in early 90's, surrounded by dross.
Unlike many of the others at least Arsenal have been the most entertaining over certainly the last 20 years. Voted in eh? Democracy in action I guess...?
