    An honest, humble, decent man who knows the way out of this division to the Prem.

    Now he's ****ed his cv and will have to work for mean-spirited shady employers with a know-nowt fan-base of ageing glory-hunters from toilet towns such as Heckmondwyke, Northampton and Wexford.

    Im not sure if Ive missed something, but did he really do that well at Reading? They are a yo-yo team and I'd expect them to make the play-offs every single year in the Championship as a minimum.

    Im quite happy about this appointment to be honest.

    Given where they are in the league I doubt it. Their failure this season was assured when Bates wouldn't even stump up for bribes.
