gill is out injured for 4-6 weeks which could rise to 12 weeks. apparently he been playing through with this injury and at times had to miss training. explains why he been crap this season but fair shout to him trying to help the cause when not 100%. should we go for another loan signing which mcghee has hinted at or stick with what we have and if thats the case what is our best midfield line up?
As we have no money to splash out do to wage cap of 55% we have little choice but to soldier on without him.To be fair we need an enforcer who breaks up things in the middle and links well with Norburn who can spread the ball around. I am not a fan of WB ok going forward not good at holding the middle line,however he played well last week in the second half and Norburn continues to improve. Lee Brown looked in better shape so play him then bring Broghammer on when defences are tiring.Lund also played better so I would strengthen the middle with him unless he has to play in defence again. I am not sure Mcghee knows who his best midfielders are given the changes he makes during the game. COR
looks like mcghee may get rid of players out on loan to fund a replacement. anyinsah, virgo, hunter and gough. i imagine anyinsah and vigos wages are a good amount.
Agree that these players are out of favour not sure about Virgo as we are so short in defence that when desperate injuries or cards we need some help in that dept even if it is Virgo he tries hard but maybe too hard. COR
