Here we go then, match day has arrived. At 4 pm today Liverpool and Cardiff City kick off and compete for the Carling Cup. It's an opportunity for us to win our first trophy in 6 years, we will need to take Cardiff seriously if we are to come away victorious. It's a big day for big game players to take the opportunity to add to the history of our club, as always we look to Gerrard but everyone will have to do their job. As fans we will as always respect the opposition while also hoping that we destroy them on the pitch Lets get behind the lads and enjoy the day. YNWA

I think the idea of us not taking this match seriously is a joke. I think Kenny has told the lads that this could be the first big step toward something far greater. I also think there will be pressure from above too. The Yank's don't know a great deal about football so this match is a great day out for them to pat themselves on the back and say to their corperate friends, "look at us and the turnaround we've helped this club achieve"
I dunno. I read that they are trying to diver Liverpool fans to Crewe and MANCHESTER!! thats just asking for trouble
