Any of youse watch this? Can any of you cook to a high standard? I mean decent restaurant quality scoff. I'm guessing ST can for some reason.
Meh. I can knock up a decent curry. And a decent loaf of bread when I'm in the mood. The wife does most of the cooking (don't tell Aldo - he'll only get jealous).
Disappointing response so far. I'm an excellent cook, not to their standard but I can cook just about anything.
Anything. Duck, Roast Lamb, Sweet and sour chicken, Mince. I make excellent sauces and superb Chile Con Carne, Mousaka and a few decent puddings and veggie dishes (lentil mousaka is lovely).
I can't get the pastry to cook at the bottom when I do pies,have the porcelain balls, greaseproof paper,tried it all,now just put the pastry on the top! Do mean steak and kidney and chicken and mushroom pies.
