We have already faced him against Huddersfield and the boys kept him pretty quiet. He did OK though, and a lot better than Rhodes who was invisible that day. Parkin could be more of a handful on his own turf but our CBs seem to do well in the physical battles. It is when they have had time to think they have sometimes come unstuck.
I think Wednesday have the hardest run in, having to play notts county, orient, colu and 'udders away. They also have some tricky home ties, but they seem to be improved under jones (fantastic appointment). You feel utd will get 3 points this weekend, so I hope the players recognise it and put in a massive performance.
Two wins v scunny and Yeovil will steady our ship and make it very difficult for others to catch us given their own tricky fixtures. To me these at the two crux games of the season. Should not be beyond us to win both but the way we are playing makes it less than certain.
We will also win the last 2 games, as the teams in the mix always win the last couple of games, as the others have got nothing to play for, so Preston and Pools will be 2 wins, plus Wycombe and Orient - so that makes the 4 wins we need - will give us 90 points plus 2 or 3 draws will put us on 93 points - way more than any other chasing team will get , aside maybe from SHeff U
Sarf.,still much rather be in our shoes than theirs. Wouldnt you? Will take them 3 games to win and us to lose all 3 and we'd still be top !
Stu totally agree mate but still can't write them off. out of the top three they are on the best form. We are the team to beat, and that scares me! Ha
