Just had some great news. My 9 yr old has been selected for mascot v Yeovil on 15th March. He will just burst when i tell him, so do I leave till the day or tell him now? If any of your kids have been mascots was it a great day?
Speak to Nines mate, his daughter was mascot against Leicester I think. As to telling him, I would personally 'cos I like the little ones to get excited before the event. If you tell him last minute there is no anticipation for them.
tango and cash started that, it was something like £500 each which is a rip off. I hope the club now do it for free again.
trouble is Flyer it I think im more bloody excited. Ive done the Football aid thing a few times which was bloody awesome but seeing my boy out there matchday will be miles better.
thats great news that the club got rid of that charge, even better that you get 2 free tickets as well.
I would wait till nearer the time otherwise she will be really disappointed if it gets canceled for some reason.
Boy you are a half empty person....even if cancelled (for what reason???), loomos kid will still be mascot when it is played I am excited already too
Tell him mate, he'll be so excited. It was a very good day except the result! You also get a CD sent to you a week or so later with quality pics on it taken by the clubs pro-photographers.
Not really wanting to get Flyer upset but it doesn't take too much for you to get excited, you must be a cheap date! By the way what time does the game kickoff on Saturday, the ball boys must be really excited?
Have a great day. Remeber, it is Alec Stock day, so you or your child may even meet some real legends! It's a day that I'm really looking forward to, but not half as much as you now are!
Just for your info bruv, and obviously it means nothing to you....But your rudeness and 'Cernyesque' replies to a few on here are right beginning to wind me up.
