    Would be a fantastic appointment but still cant see it, top quality manager who would surely have bigger and better options availble to him. Will keep fingers crossed though!

    Didn't O'Neill leave Villa partly because the owners were not making funds available to match his aspirations?
    IF you get him SL will have to do more than loosen the purse strings.

    MON would eclipse the Coppell frenzy by a mile but I just can't see it happening. He could have his pick from many other clubs way bigger and more fashionable than us. It would sure be exciting though..........

    None of you have any idea what MON is thinking, yes he could walk into pretty much any premiership job. But maybe he spoke with you and has decided that he fancies a project and the challenge of taking a club to the premiership, you are bottom of the table so whatever he does he will be doing better than you are already. I have heard that he is going to take over, so fingers crossed and only time will tell.
