well, he turned up at my house around half 6 in his porsche, gave me 20 quid (which i gave to my grandson) even stayed for a few photos, lovely fella marco like, looking forward to staying in his b+b next summer

Class mate, delighted to hear he was a gent, I know a few people who have been his gaff in York, and everyone says he's a diamond. Always nice to add another to the list. Marco is one that we'll all agree was a legend, so head & shoulders above the rest of the players at the time (in terms of class, let's not forget he played with Kay , Ord, Bennett, Armstrong, who we loved for different reasons!).
very true marra, i loved him as a player, so exciting to watch, scored some brilliant goals for us, most of them you can see on youtube, his partnership with gatesy was bloody lethal
Late 80's, early 90's, we had Marco and Gatesy Late 90's early 00's, we had SKP and Quinny Therefore we are due a lethal partnership
Be almost perfect, Fletcher is excellent and moves around, Bent solves the 'never any ****er in the box' issue.
