    Officially, "forgotten man", Marcello Trotta's loan deal ended with Barnsley yesterday (5th January 2015). In his two months with them he's played 3 League 1 games (2 as sub) and scored once plus 2 cup games (zero goals).

    There's no news that they want to extend his loan. He'scoming back to one of the positions that Kit has said we're 'overloaded'and while he might fare better than say Dembele, the likelihood is that we'll try and sell him in this window.

    Ive always like him as a player and seemed a nice guy ...but wasnt going to get in to Kits plans so Nearly £600k is probably a good deal..

    Unfortunately we could probably have got more than double that for him last summer. Not sure why we dithered around for the last season (or more) when he obvioulsy wasn't going to make the first team.
