If he ever picks Tevez again we all know without doubt who runs that club.

After saying he is finished at the club for refusing to play the City board have basically called him a liar and saved Tevez bacon.

Bigger than the club? A small time player like Tevez certainly is bigger than City it seems.

They could of shown how serious they were with this but choose the cowards way out. Not surprising really. Sets the standard aswell.

I bet Mancini wants to leave, like Mourinho did when he was effectively told....'you're a puppet'

How many times has Tevez said that he doesn't like Manchester, wants to leave the club etc etc. I do believe this isn't the first time...

I wouldn't say the City board have called Mancini a liar. All that happened is that their investigation failed to prove that Tevez refused to play. That doesn't mean that he didn't, it just meant the club couldn't be 100% sure of what happened, bearing in mind the legal challenges, reviews and BS that would ensue if they tried to dismiss him or penalise him for refusing to play.

The true test will be whether Mancini picks, or is forced to pick, him again. Based on Mancini's interview at the time, I think if he has to pick Tevez again he'll quit in protest. If that's the case, I've heard Avram Grant is looking for work as a well behaved billionaire's lapdog... ;)
