Another **** allocation of just 1,700. This is an initial one so hopefully we will get more. Does anybody reckon there is any hope for this to go to members sale? I really want to go to this game as it is only an hour or so on the train for me! It is also rather hefty in terms of ticket price with adults having to pay £38.

Anyone else hoping to go to this game?

You are a season ticket holder aren't you? It should go down to no loyalty points.

  4. No - That's not how it works. You can only build loyalty points if you have a season ticket, otherwise how would they identify who has loyalty points?

People without season tickets can co to matches that require no loyalty points though.

What I meant was I thought you had a season ticket and even though you have no loyalty points, the requirements normally get downgraded and I assume that it won't sell out before it gets to season ticket holders with no loyalty points.

I would like to go to it but unfortunately I am only a member. I don't understand why we are getting **** allocations, we would sell out 3,500 easy to Citeh. I've been to the stadium before and must say I was quite impressed!

I also want to go to the blackburn game in the cup, hopefully we'll take a big allocation there.

I'm pretty sure you will be able to go the the Blackburn game. Tickets go on sale to members on Thursday so hopefully there will be plenty left. I am hopefully going to that one as well!

You build loyalty points with a membership too, I've been a member for the last three seasons and I've built up twenty. The catch is though, as you say, that only season ticket holders can buy tickets in the loyalty point period.

It's a bit of a pain in the arse that even with my "loyalty", i.e. attending away games over a long period of time, I could end up missing out on tickets to a brand new season ticket holder who has never been to an away match, but their "loyalty" lies in pledging cash up front and attending every home match - fair play.

At least when I'm in the position to buy a season ticket (next season hopefully!) I'll have my pick of the away games.
