Pullis has been great, done an extremely good job for Palace. No complaints here tbh

Surely if the LMA Manager of the year comes from the Premiership, then he should also be the PL Manager of the year?

Bit like someone winning the Player of the year, being nominated for young player of the year as well and not winning that

Surely if you're the best player in the league... you're also the best young player?!

That said, no complaints about Pullis. What he did with Palace was very very good and got them playing decent stuff. Interesting to see if they can keep it up next year though as a dodgy start and he could be under some serious pressure.

If they give it to him on the basis of the "miracle" at Selhurst then he's put well into the shade by Gus Poyet.

Yeah, survival in the last few games, league cup final and reached the fa cup 6th round.

Pulis is English and Poyet is Uruguayan and a friend of Suarez.<laugh>

    Maybe mate, I dont know

Im not dead bothered about these awards. BR has been awesome for us and done us proud, it would be nice for him to win it but im not really that bothered. I was more bothered about where we finished! And we had a brilliant season

Very true, the club should always come before the individual.

FSG have to really show financial commitment in the summer window with the CL back on the agenda next season so I'm looking forward to seeing us sign top players before next season.

" while Russ Wilcox, who oversaw Scunthorpre's promotion from the fourth division, scooped the League Two award.

Wilcox was also presented with the 'LMA Special Merit award' by Sir Alex Ferguson. However, throughout his speech, the former Manchester United boss continually referred to the Irons manager as 'Bruce.

The Scunthrorpe boss saw the funny side and joked: 'First of all, thanks to Sir Alex for the research; except for calling me 'Bruce' instead of Russ...'"

    No real surprises.

If we won the League then Rodgers would have won all.

However we didn't, and Pulis deserves the recognition for his efforts.
