Just bought my tickets after a lot of umming and aahing, but finally decided I want to see the RRRs play at the Etihad (never been there before) and this might be the last chance I get before moving back down south and it becomes a ballache to get to Manchester!

Just wondering how many of you guys on here are going and whether anyone knows roughly how many we're taking?

I know we're probably on for a hiding but I'm going to enjoy it all the same, and who knows maybe I'll see our knew signing Cesar between the sticks if he gets his work permit in time! :)

Wish I was going, sadly the commute is just a little bit too far now, I disagree with you that we'll get a hiding, I think we're gonna turn them over 3-2, it'll be a great game...

I can't go as my night shift starts at eight. Should be a good turnout as usual by the away faithful. I hope you have a great day out Pool, I have a funny feeling that we'll get something out of this game.

We are also off to City on Saturday - just a shame Cesar cant play! Sitting in the upper tier this time - we sat in the lower for the game last season.

We have proved that we have nothing to fear from Man City. Last season we were the first team to score against them (that was at our home game) and very nearly broke their hearts last day.

The pressure is on them, not us. Our lads can relax and enjoy the footie and maybe even nick another valuable away draw.

I would not be surprised by a surprised victory for our mighty team. Stranger things have happened before. Big skirt Man-in-bikini has been spitting chips lately and our guys have gone ..... lose, draw, win ( in Carling Cup ) .......... and now hopefully, a win in the PL. If we get off to a flyer, anything could happen. Come on you RRRRr's

Will Cesar definitely not be available then? He hinted that he might make his debut against City in an article I saw yesterday... Here we go, he's quoted as saying "My first game could be against my first coach in Europe. Roberto Mancini brought me to Inter. They have done well but we have to believe we can beat them." Just wondering if you've seen anything to suggest he definitely won't be playing?

We'll be sitting in the lower tier - cheaper tickets! How did you find it last season?

Like 9's, the wonders of shift work means I can't go . Along with fact that to keep the little Staines's quiet I spent all my money on Barbie, Thomas the tank engine and Fireman Sam bikes :(
Bloody kids......in a few years time they will ALL be wanting season tickets
