His decison making has improved 10 fold. I wouldn't say that Pearson had any shackles on him but everything seems to be going right for the lad. He's a superb player and he's absolutely phenomenal to watch. One of those rare players that makes you happy to pay the enterance fee just to see him play.
Seems the players hold Ranieri in very high regard and respect the experience and knowledge he has. Tactically on a different level to Pearson and a joy to listen to his interviews. Really hope he succeeds here
You could see his quality when he was given free reign behind the front 2 at the end of last season, one of the reasons we stayed up, this has given him more confidence to take people on as a winger. I thought he'd retain a role behind the strikers, but CR seems to have taken that and made him a handfull for the fullbacks.
Oh my! the poll at the bottom of the article, 69% voted that we will finish in the top half, think thats a bit optimistic personally, even i said no.
So far so good with Ranieri. Says all the right things and is so much more engaging than Pearson. Mahrez, Vardy and Schlupp will benefit from his management style.
Top 10 may be asking abit of the squad this season, as long as we are well away from the bottom 3 all season I´d be happy with 14th give or take a place or 2. Saying that you never know. As long as we keep putting those bricks in place bit by bit we´ll be ok.
