Expecially with no reason provided, to take someone out of the four-way tie, to vote for someone who has so far been out of the game and not said anything and who said prior to the game that they would probably only be on after 6pm or so.

Agree with this - remember that if the vigilante has bullets left they have a chance of taking out the Mafia assassin on a coin flip if they are targeted. Gives them a chance to survive and a chance to kill an important Mafioso so I think the vigilante should always save their last bullet unless the assassin gets lynched.

I'm off out for a few hours so my vote may well stay with afcftw for the duration of the evening. Just want people to be aware when trying to set up a multi coin flip scenario to avoid the mass cock up we had last game

I think we're doing this all wrong yet again.

We're voting for people that are online talking causing discussion and coming up with ideas.

Why don't we completely change tactic and vote for those saying nothing or very little?

Let's see if when you vote for those that are hiding away it causes any reaction?

I can't change but come on people, let's learn from the mistakes of the last 2 games where Mafia sat back and did nothing round 1.

If you vote for some robe talking natural reaction is they will defend themselves. Vote for someone quiet and if they all of a sudden become very active it's very suspicious.

 

Are you not going to explain your action any other way?




Is it possible Valley is being coerced? And can't say without being killed? If that turns out to be the case (I assume he can tell us tomorrow- can he?) then that paints IBWT in a very dark light.

That doesnt make sense.
If IBWT IS mafia then pretending to be coerced THEN having the heavy coerce someone else would be stupid, as it would immediately expose IBWT as being a liar and therefore Mafia.
If IBWT ISNT Mafia, and he is being coerced, then Valley being mafia and pretending to be coerced would pile MORE suspicion on the innocent IBWT, since IBWT is already under lots of suspicion.

This could go either way guys. But that is a dodgy as hell vote Valley!

 

I completely agree. Unless there is some sort of miscommunication between the Mafia... or some scheming.
Valley is not denying being coerced- which to me suggests that he is suggesting he is (without actually saying it and killing himself).

Either Valley, IBWT (or possibly both) are likely Mafia. They could fear that they are going to lose IBWT- so have decided to sacrifice Valley instead (if he has a lesser role in the Mafia team). One or both of them is clearly up to no good.


Right now I'd say the three main suspects are Gerrez, IBWT and Valley. Gerrez only there because Valley switched off of him. If Valley is guilty then Gerrez probably is. If Valley is innocent then Gerrez might be too.

 

Options:

- Valley is innocent, made a strange vote, and is deliberately refusing to provide a reason. In which case, Valley: You're (probably) being an idiot!
- Valley is being coerced. Given that the order would of have to have been made before 10am, this doesn't really tell us anything about the voting, except that Valley is innocent.
- Valley is mafia and doesn't like how the voting is looking.
- Valley is voting for some reason/rule we don't about and could be mafia, townie or something else e.g. KGB, Vampire...

Gerrez was previously trying to convinve us to go with what Sky says; in effect, to change our current voting behaviour. This met with a muted response, and Sky hasn't turned up yet anyway. Valley then switches his vote away from Gerrez. Framing act, diversionary tactic, or (early) saving act?

 

(1) For goodness sake Valley, if this is the case LET US KNOW- or you're hurting the town.
(2) If you're not being coerced Valley please tell us (obviously if you're being coerced you might not be able to tell us that you are... so only tell us if you're not). Otherwise we're forced to assume you are. If Valley is indirectly claiming to be coerced then as stated above. Either Valley, IBWT or Both are Mafia.
(3) If this is the case that would imply Gerrez most likely is guilty. Although not necessarily... could be one of the others in the coin toss he's trying to save.
(4) Possible... but would Astro really throw in two forced votes in a single game? He might... but I think this is less likely.
