Well I have read numerous articles over the past few weeks telling me not to panic but to trust in MON. However after the last few years of cliff hanger ends to the season, I am panicing and yesterdays result has done absolutely nothing to instill any form of confidence in this squad we have at SAFC. I do not want us to dive in and buy substandard as we did under SB but surely MON knew who he wanted before the end of the last season and would it not be advisable to get these signings in a red and white striped shirt ASAP in order to blend them in before the beginning of the season. We do not want to start the season with bad losses that sap confidence and lead to us having to play catch up from the start. Please help to stop this panic attack, let us see a couple of new faces in the team. Surely in europe there are players with a bit of class, that we can pick up for a reasonable fee to replace certain inept players from last seasons squad.
I must agree mate, i'm not sure wether its all gonna kick off this week, i think once the first one is in they will flow, my concern is growing though, its all a bit scary at the moment
