He has 7 days left to make his move, I reckon should he not sign by Wednesday he should go, this week there will be some feverish activity, maybe 80 or so deals completed.
City could sign 2 more players and get rid of 2 ( 1 if Luke signs)...

I THINK LF should sling his hook, since he has not been played since the contract dispute we have been without a player that can come up with moments that could result the odd extra goal...
I really like LF but enough is enough time moves on sell him with a sell on

Luke Freeman's Bristol City career appears to be over
    By a_stockhausen

Luke Freeman's Bristol City career appears to be over after he refused to play for the club in today's FA Cup fourth round tie against Burnley at Turf Moor.

Speaking to the media following his team's 2-0 defeat, Robins head coach Lee Johnson revealed he had hoped to involve Freeman in the weekend trip to Lancashire.

But when sounded out about the possibility of playing for the first time in four weeks, the 24-year-old midfielder claimed his mind was not right and refused to travel with his team-mates.

QPR have already had bids turned down for Freeman, who shows no sign of penning a new contract at Ashton Gate, and it is now highly likely the Championship club will be back in with another offer ahead of Tuesday's transfer deadline.

Johnson confirmed: "He didn't want to be involved today, which is disappointing. I wanted him here and it would have been good to have him.

"He didn't feel he was mentally right to play and that tells a story in itself. That's disappointing, because you want your best players to be available. His situation is still pending and we'll have to wait and see what happens now."

Out of contract at the end of this season and refusing to pen a new deal, Freeman has made it clear he wants to leave Ashton Gate in this transfer window. It is now encumbent upon any potential buying club to meet City's asking price.

Sounds like agent stuff, but if he won't play, time to go.

F**k him, he's been sh!te since we got promoted anyway, he hasn't the legs or ability at this level. Very very good at L1 level and should stick to it.
Any player who refuses to play for their club should always be bombed out as quickly as possible, they are a dressing room and training ground cancer.

Try this on Monday morning. Ring up the boss and say you wont be into work, your head's not quite in it and you dont want to work- See what his reaction would be- See also if you have a job at the end of the week

I am sure his agent is advising him so he is just going along with it. Whilst he has not adapted to the championship and has little end product he still has a value. Is it not the club at fault for allowing his contract to run to the point where he can walk away or dictate to the club. This scenario is not uncommon and I put it clearly with the club that they have allowed this situation to unfold.

Better to get rid now while we can still get a fee for him.
Its actually worked out ok, for a player who has scored one decent goal in nearly a year and now thinks he is the second Maradonna

Agreed, he has been woeful and he's not up to Championship standard. He was also poor last season.

And if he's refusing to travel/play, assuming he's not injured, then he's also in breach of his contract ?

    Get shot

Two weeks ago Lee Johnson decided he did not want Luke Freeman to play because he was not mentally right and committed because he had not signed a contract extension as is his contractual right..

Two weeks later Luke Freeman has still not signed a contract extension (as is his contractual right) and Lee Johnson is telling the player he is mentally right, after dropping him for not errrrr being mentally right..

That is rank piss poor management.
