They had five shots on target, 16 shots overall, which we primarily from their own work.

Derby weren't at their best but you made it hard for them with your negative approach.

I made that assumption because I'm not sure why you'd get upset by the original post. The financial trouble heading your way must be very troubling though.

Swords, to you and decent QPR fans, congratulations on getting promoted and it'll be good to play you next year. However to put you in our shoes, we've had the likes of Queenie and Grifter all season telling us winning 10 in a row, going I think 21 unbeaten in the end, losing all of 6 games and clearing 100 points made us lucky which I'm sure level headed guys like yourself would say they are letting your board down. I was watching with Derb supportin mates and there was a sense of injustice with QPR scoring with their only shot on target. But it's about scoring and you did that, no questions over the finish even if Derby had a shocking moment defensively to lose the ball. Once again, to you and your genuine fans congrats but the guys mentioned above are the reason for the comments on here

John, i think MIAMI and Proud will confirm that I openly congratulated Leicester when you won the league
I have no gripe with your team and you were the best this season
How-ever, starting a thread and digging us out is wrong , but your choice. we then should have the chance to defend our team, who won in front of millions, at the national stadium after being written off.

It was YOUR own posters that said the best team wins, so please dont have a go at us for doing something you youselves did at Loftus Road.

Well done to you..but sorry.the limelight is all ours right now <ok>

A fair post Queenie. I did congratulate you after the original post when speaking to swordshoop and will say the same to you, congratulations. It's good to hear you say we were best as a lot of times over the months you claimed we weren't but that was obviously a wind up. About the best team wins, over the season teams end up where they deserve to be but on one of games not always the right team wins. When we were at Loftus road I didn't feel it was one sides in QPR's favour other than possession maybe but we certainly had more chances than the goal we scored whereas in the final you guys had one shot
on target which you'd call lucky if it was us. BUT, Derby didn't have much more and failed to make it count so fair play to QPR, plus at least it was 3rd and 4th in the final. As for the limelight think, we were in the limelight when we lifted our trophy and you lot were this weekend when you lifted the playoff one so it makes no difference, both teams have have their share but ours was weeks ago coz we sealed it early and yours was this weekend

Genuine question Queenie, I have just seen that 'arry is after Ferdinand and Lampard. Are they really the sort of players that you want after this year when younger players have done you better and with your financial issues? Would you take Ferdinand over say caulker? Can't think of a similar example to use for Lampard

At the end of the day, you can have all the possession in the world, but if you don't stick the ball in the ol' onion bag, you won't win games. Every team have won games where they got dominated on possession and those fans have come away from the game thinking along the lines of "how the hell did we win that!"

I say good luck to all the promoted teams next season and wouldn't it be nice if we all survived :)

Absolutely agree and to be fair the three promoted teams have indeed held the top three league positions for most of the season, so fair play & well done you Hoops !
