I thought it was well done. Israel/ Palestine seems phucked up beyond repair though.

 

I'm going to watch them both this week on the iPlayer Nev. Really want to see the Theroux one, Israel really is a ****ing mess of a place, you're not wrong.

I'm all for making the census a psychological profile. If you display any signs of religious fervour or political ignorance you should be banned from voting and put to a "deprogramming camp" until you're cured. If you still can't look at things from a rational viewpoint after that then you get a bullet between the eyes.

Yep. Perhaps this is the only tiny little thing I dont like about Theroux. He is too reserved in his interviews sometimes. Im sure if he wanted to, he could have destroyed the "tent guy" in an argument about religion.

Religion is for thick ****s that can't think for themselves.

Christian? - Derren Brown's ancestor 2000 years ago.
Muslim? - live by a book that was supposedly written ages ago. In 200 years Maggie T will be a prophet.
Sikh? - any human being who faithfully believes in One Immortal Being. Although Sikhs are nice to other people.
Budist? - Karma. Get to ****.

Anybody religious, no matter what the faith, needs to take a look at themselves and stop being so ****ing thick.

I think the reason he is reserved is that he doesn't want shot by some religious zealot , because half the folk he interviews are barking.
