According to reports unpaid Hearts players are now free to seek a new club , due to hearts being in material breach of contract. Are there any of the wee huns you would have ? I`d take Suso Santana , just for the possibility of having some santana played over the P.A at celtic park. And , maybe, Ian Black, so he could help out those neds in the streets around parkhead with their " watch your car " protection racket. And , goalkeeper marian kello ?
As much as I hate the mini hun bastards, would take Driver, Templeton and Zaliukas in a heartbeat. And as for the one I hate the most of the lot, Black, it pains me to say it, but I actually thought he was the best player on the park yesterday before he got subbed. Walked all over Kayal, Ki, Brown and Wanyama.
I take Black and make sure he never gets on a park again, guys a ****ing thug. He's a fair thug mind he'll end anyone's career tim or hun.
Osp I wouldn't have one of them, Not one of them play the Celtic way. All Hearts did yesterday was form a line of 4 on their 18 yd line and another line of 5 about 8-10 yards in front of them. They kicked ball or man whatever did not matter to them or of course the referee either. To say someone of their midfield players walked all over our entire midfield, all I can say the pictures must have been distorted before they got down under. Ok Hearts had 5 against our 4 and at times they made it difficult of us, but none of their 5 would replace one of our four or two or three not playing.
Actually mate, I'm home from Chrimbo, so was at the game. Kayal and Wanyama were awful in the 1st half. Check the stats on the game, Black had the highest % of passes and tackles in the 1st half of both teams. I'm not saying they are better players than ours, but their performance certainly was. And of Driver and Templeton, both were pretty much the only real attacking threat from Hearts the whole game (given Driver was only on at the end).
OSP I agree with you up to a point. Our midfield centre 2 were playing too defensively in the first half as Hearts had just a lone striker and their mid field wasn't exactly putting out their gut to support him. Hearts were set up to prevent Sammy and Forrest running at them and crossing. Brown took the game more to Hearts by driving up the field when he got the ball and hence our wing men got a wee bit more room as their 3 centre midfielders had to watch down the middle as well. I would hate to spend my good money following a team with the Hearts football plan. Hearts played exactly as their big Glasgow cousins 9 players deep in own half. The celtic way has always been to loosen up a bit have players pushing up at least some. If you play 4 and 5 men just in front it is easy for individual players to look good. I don't think it means they are good.
