I 'm sure they would yes, maybe signing for a year here and a year there won't work, my point was though that as one loophole closes, another one opens. There is always a way to get round these things. Younger players wouldn't (hopefully)demand a large signing one fee, the chance to play in another country gaining valuable experience and game time you would hope would be enough of an incentive to move. It's only after a couple of seasons as a pro they become money mad egotistical prima donnas
