Jesus Christ I have no idea if this is accurate or not, it was taken from another forum where it had been taken off Fascist Fascist......... I would also suggest you watch the RTV interview with Walter and Sandy. Sandy tells story of how a girl currently at Ibrox was paying her Student Loan out of her salary [by deductions] and got a letter recently to tell her it was not being paid - she didnt know a thing about it till the letter arrived. Only one man to blame for all of this and why havent I seen more about this story in the press today ... All the press men were there and could easy have contacted the girl or asked Sandy more about this This is why Rangers FC are in this situation, one man who was only interested in lining his own pocket.
aye its awe craig whytes fault those timmys are a ****ing disgrace for not warning us about him sooner
Listen bhoys that if it is true proves that Craig Whyte was not working on his own. He had a whole team of workers in various levels of seniority. These employees, especially the more senior is bound to have been aware that false/illegal actions were taken place. As I said before either they were used to that and they would ignore it; or illegal actions were something new, Mr Whyte was only into the door and they would have no long term business relations, and so they would have told people who could do something. The whole Rangers ethos is to blame Whyte and Whyte alone which is simply untrue. Whyte is a complete con-man but Rangers club should have had more control over him.
Whyte owns the club - who's going to "control" him ? "Excuse me Mr.Whyte but I don't think you should do that". "Is that right? Here,s your P45".
That's why they have a board of directors surely? If one of the Directors spoke up and was summarily sacked then he would be fully entitled to sue.
Redwino I think you have taken too much. I never suggested anyone give Whyte P45. That would be stupid. However at Rangers there were many senior legal people, senior accounts people and many others. There was a board of Directors, most of them from Murray's time, they got their pay plus EBTs to prevent Rangers from fraud deeds. If new illegal actions were been done in Whyte's, time the more senior employees would have informed a Director, who would have to check it out or tell the SFA/SPL. However if illegal acts were common under Murray, things would continue.
Whyte must have been some pup - doing all the work of the other Directors, office staff, accountants/book-keepers etc, etc. Of course, those people have never heard of wrongful dismissal so blowing the whistle was never an option , even if they did know what was going on, as they were in fear of losing their livelyhoods. In any case, they were having such an easy time of it with him doing everything from paying out the wages to cleaning the toilets. There was nothing they could do so there can be only one person to blame.
Whistleblowers have no real protection if they are volunteers.....perhaps these people are volunteers and didn't grass because they would be told they can no longer help the club they love.
By **** you've got it. When you were in the cops, you must have been a detective There you have it EC, mystery solved by detective Dev. That was pretty damn good.
Big story coming out in the Daily Record tomorrow about how Whyte was buying John Greigs silence with barrels of Iraqi oil.
Ahem, what about Paul Drake here ... having taken a break from entering the courtroom at the last minute to save Perry's skin, I would hope that my crucial fact-finding evidence would be due some of the credit for solving this case? (Besides, I'm still looking for any bit parts out there and need all the publicity I can get.)
The fact remains UEFA and FIFA do not accept that anyone man is at fault, they always rule the club. Rangers fans need not think they have come up with an escape exit blaming Whyte, that way has been used several times and just isn't listened to. Dev are you sure Whyte cleaned the toilets, I know now that they cleaned once every six weeks during the season (whether they need cleaning or not) but I was sure that was Ally's task.
Rangers, like any company should have specific risk and controls functions in place to meet companies act and FSA requirements so that one man cannot make all decisions without others at least having sight of the transactions. What I want to know is who are rangers accountants? Name and shame them Ally because these guys have a moral and ethical obligation, as written into their accounting body qualification to do what is right and notify the correct agencies if they find wrong doing such as the non payment of VAT, PAYE and NI contributions. Name and shame them Ally we have a right to know their names yeah? And get them kicked out for their accounting bodies for malpractice.
