Hate matches against Fulham. They are usually spot on tactically and an in form Jimenez usually causes problems for VVD - we will miss Konate here. all four games against them last year were tough. Was hoping Jota and/or Chiesa would be back for this one but it doesn't look likely. Nunez has struggled at the best of times of late and Fulham usually hasn't been a good match up for him. This is going to be a real battle.
Do you think there love for us will roll over to boxing day as they play Chelsea next weekend and City on Boxing day. So there next 3 games are Arsenal, Chelsea and then City nasty run of games and the should have played us last weekend!
Both teams have injuries Fulham seem to be missing quite a few important players but always gave us a game in klopp's time. Hopefully we can be a bit better than what we have shown slot in the last couple as he seems quite unhappy with the lack of control. What slot seems to have is the idea anyone can attack you and get through the lines rather than being upset by not having any effective attack. Let's see what we look like without macalliater again. I'm going to predict gravenberch will be suspended next. It's almost certain with this ref as he's on the cusp and I'm sure the refs note thst and go out of their way to get someone in the book at times.
He was very unhappy about how we played against girona but only about how we let them run though us not a word about tapping it about in front of them and really just focused on giving nunez an atta boy for trying his best.
