Why all the doom and gloom??

We've not been hammered by one of the top sides for a long time!

We've had a few bad results but before that we played some nice football and went on a cany little unbeaten run, let's hope this game we give it our all and come away with us having put in a great performance and look forward to getting a few points on the board..

    Ha'way the ****ing lads..

4-1 is hardly a thrashing is it?

The way people are going on it's Gona be double figures!!

Let's hope the Liverpool players think the same and we turn up.

It's not impossible to beat a team up the top, I'm not saying we will but you have to hope..

Anything is possible but this is just ****ing scary. 23 goals in their last 6 games.

They won't be resting on their laurels, they're still chasing the title. They'll be playing to destroy us not just win.

The title could well be down to goal average as the relegation, so its a big game all round ,i think a canny bet is for a dismissal ,of course it wont be gerrard as he gets away with murder imo,be nice if we could get the diving beaver a red though.

IMO, This is the most difficult game we have left, yes i know there are some of the big hitters left to play, but there is something about the scouse ****ers, that is alarming, City away, not that worried, Maybe it's Suarez, who i rate as the best player in the league, by a long way.

Smithy, well said. Embarrassed almost every one of us who expected a cricket score.

tony,we got beaten by one of the best teams in the league by one goal, and gave them problems....surely that gives the lads confidence to beat West Ham and to start our climb up the league!!

The problem is these players get them selves up for the games against the top sides and loose by the odd goal. No pressure everyone expects it. Pats on the back, well played good effort if we keep playing like that! Blah blah! However when the play the teams around them and there is a bit of expectation and pressure and they fail consistently to deliver! Norwich are a prime example. I take no heart from expecting to get beat and then losing . These players need to learn to stand up and be counted and take some responsibility against the lesser teams.
