Tickets are still on sale to ST holders with zero loyalty points.

I thought this would've sold out quickly to ST holders. Does anyone think it will make it to members sale given the timing of the game (people have less money between Xmas and New Year)? Or maybe we've taken a better allocation for once?

Really want to go to this so hope it makes it to members sale after I couldn't get a ticket for Man U or Man City.

7:45 KO, getting home at a bad time on New Years Eve could put a lot of people off.

    I'm leaving this one out.

You're still getting home on New Years Eve. Supporters coach takes over 6 hours to get back to Newcastle and then you have to get back home so it isn't the best of starts to the day.

I'm going away for the New Year so wouldn't get much sleep, so not such a good start to the year if I did go.

True, doesn't affect me the same way I guess being a Liverpool fan. I go down to Runcorn early in the day/day before to see family and in return of lending my car to my work colleague I get him to pick me up after the game. 2-3 hours roughly depending on the time. <ok>

Yeah, not bad for me - it's only an hour and a half drive from Wolverhampton. Is there any secure parking near the ground? Only been to Goodison once last season but got the train for that one. Never been to Anfield.

Mind you, I'm buggered if it snows.

I think its the perfect time for a piss up too! Might ewven stay in Liverpool for New Years Eve...plus a win will equal a great weekend.

Maybe it's because the only seats that are available are restricted and severely restricted seats and that Liverpool still charge £40 for them...

If you get a seat at the back, your vision's restricted by the roof of the stand.

Ha, when I used to travel by car for the day I parked at Goodison as they mostly play away when we are at home. They tend to lock the gates now though, probably better off parking on the outskirts about 5-10 mins walk away from the Stadium on an estate. Makes it much easier getting out of the City too, would much rather walk a bit further than be stuck in the thick of the traffic for 45 mins.

Yeah, they'd have the wheels off a jumbo jet if it flew too low over Liverpool.
