Barkley is a top class player. Could be one of the best we've had for a long time (England wise) if he keeps up the effort. Haven't forgotten the goal he scored against us 2 seasons back or so.
Agreed. Then again, until the 93rd minute, Lascelles marshalled Barkley really well giving him no time to play on the ball.

Lascelles showed a bit heart i thought like . i think he was the only player last night to take someone on and get past them lol ( a center half aswell ) shame he got sent off like . but can learn from this
I don't like saying this to an opposition team, but Rodgers would get your players playing as a team, keeping the ball and creating a more potent midfield that would create plenty of chances for your front line, you need a manager with a modern forward looking football philosophy. Smiley face will take you down, though I think there are 3 worse teams than you, so maybe you'll just escape the drop, but I do wish you all the best, your a far better bunch than the Mackems......
He's done ok the last 2 games he's played. I think he might come good. He seems to of seen he has a sniff of getting in the team so is going for it.
