Lets show our support

Hi Guys,
Watched the news last night and Gwyn Davies was on there saying that we should all get to the ground at the next board meeting, wear something red and show our support for the owners. Time I think, to insure VT that positive messages of support are shown?
Anyone know the time and date of that meeting?
I intend to be there..with my little pick and shovel.

 

Myself and Tom will be up for that. I would suggest just a simple bright red T Shirt would suffice. Even though i have a thorough dislike for the self proffessed/appointed supporters mouthpieces, as ultimately it is some of them who have caused this damage.

 

TG is flying in on Sunday in readiness for the scheduled board meeting next Monday.

Well i hope he will be wearing Red. I wait with baited breath. Does anyone know when they are due to arrive at the stadium ?

 

He might have a red face when he sees the support for TG.

 

I honestly think that is about all that can save. About a 1000-2000 fans giving support.

 

A public show of support can do no harm and is sure to be appreciated.

 

with all respect guys i don't feel its needed for everyone to suddenly rush out there on monday wearing red..that seems a little extreme and also slightly sycophantic..why not just show support for them in general....just because some of you,me included think that on the whole they are good for the club,it doesn't mean that everything they do or say has to always be right..we are not NORTH KOREA...we care allowed to oppose things...anyway i still think by all means show support for them but wearing red i think is a little to much IMO...again no offence intended.

I agree with you, I don't think wearing red is needed at all. Just a polite welcome.

We really don't want this red/blue thing to continue on as two camps, but as Cardiff supporters deciding waht is best for the club as a whole.

 

siam........... the kore thing was not intended as it may of read..it was more a point of saying that we as a club are allowed to oppose ideas or at least debate a better one with the owners...as i said they have my backing for the most part so please show general support for them on monday by all means.

I'm all for showing our support purely to show them we are not all in the same mould.

 

I still hope the club has sense to have some security around on Sunday...just needs one of those bigots........anyway...best not to think about it.

complete racists they were yesterday with some of things i read people posting in various circles..disgusting. but as you say we have to show that that is a tiny minority and the club on the whole do not put up with that kind of behaviour.
