I would say NO look at his record before going to Swindon NOT GOOD, I personally think he is BIG trouble and would cause problems within the camp. Hess seems to have built great team spirit, into the team and I would like to see it continue, best start to a season for a long time, albeit 2 losses on the trot, damn sight better than last seasons start, a finish like last season puts us in the mix UTG
Actually, yes, I really would say no. Anyway, seems like he's off to Chesterfield. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/14820753.stm So now if anyone's interested in 9 months time we can see whose judgement was right and whose was wrong. And at the time of writing this, no news about any arrivals into Priestfield, although Kevin Lisbie is a very outside possibility http://www.gillinghamfootballclub.com/page/NewsDetail/0,,10416~2444465,00.html But if he prefers to stay in a higher division and has the opportunity I wouldn't be waiting for a change of heart. Hope Hess has got some alternatives. We need someone sooner rather than later.
