I like him and think he's done well since coming into the team, however do you think he's the right player for the way we've been playing. With judas and Ameobi we had a big physical and airal prescence in the box and although he's not bad at this it's not the same is it. Against West Ham we passed the ball about much more which i think benefited him more. I noticed it today because we were putting a lot of quality balls into the box and more often than not nobody was getting onto them.

What can we do about this?
    Carry on, change style
How good is Kuqi in the air because if he's good he'd be an interesting replacement for Lovenkrands, but then where would Ranger fit in? Ii know a lot of you have been calling for him to come in.

I rate Best. I think he has the talent and capability to be a decent Premier League striker who plays week in week out, but that remains to be seen because something which is lacking in his game is consistency, he isn't a natural finisher or goalscorer to be honest and isn't a ''target man'' by any means. I agree on the bit were you say he looks better when we are playing on the deck and that benefited him very well as shown by his very well-taken hat-trick. He's also got decent technique, works very hard and has decent pace, although he needs to be more clinical and ruthless when he gets chances.

We could change the style a bit, you know mix a bit of ''direct'' football with a bit of movement, quick feet and passing which may suit Lover and Best better than hoofing the ball or kick and hope!

Kuqi is a decent target man in the CHAMPIONSHIP! but he has good experience and can be a handful on his DAY.. which I don't think we'll see many of, especially when Ameobi returns and he'll be struggling to get on a fully fit bench.

Best and Ranger should get a crack come Tuesday and not a 20 min run-out, I'm talking about a good 80 or so mins were we can actually see Ranger from the start and see if he can work with Best.
