    The Arsenal Squad, and the year they were either purchased, or, in the case of those that arrived very young, made their competitive first team debut for the club.

    Those in bold are players who have played less than 3 full seasons for the club. It's a very large proportion!!
    Is it a concern that there aren't many players who play long-term for Arsenal? Whereas Man Utd have had Giggs, Scholes, Rio, Rooney etc. who have been there for years now, Arsenal seem to have a consistently high turnover of players.
    Is this affecting the ability to compete? Is an unsettled squad an issue in your opinion?
