With Adam Drury leaving us for pastures new it must mean we have at least 1 left back in mind giving that Tierney spent so much of last season struggling with injury, especially near the end of the season. Has anyone got any ideas on who would be an ideal backup to Tierney or someone who may be able to make themselves a first team regular? Looking at realistic names that would fall into wage and transfer budget. I would have liked Aiden White from Leeds but as I have stated in another psot it sounds as though Warnock is now happy with the LB area of his squad and wont be making anymore changes to it. I am a bit short on other left backs who we could go for that would be affordable and would imrpove us. I guess Noughton could play there but I dont see us getting him and I think RB would be his natural position. I felt Drury did well at the end of the season there and although Tierney probably added more of an attacking threat I think Drury was harder to beat defensively. Thoughts?
One of many things to be sorted by the looks of it. CH is going to have to hit the ground running I reckon.
