What a game, what a game, what a game...................WE ARE BACK. The game was so brilliant I didn't want it to end. We played like we did in the early part of season, the skill and passing were there, the enthusiasm, the commitment, the ferocity and the team bond were all there. We cut, sliced, diced, chopped, divided and ran through WBA's defence, we cut, sliced, diced, chopped and divided their attacks. Alioski seemed to have been given multiple roles, LB, LM, LW and roamer, he played a brilliant game and was rewarded with a goal. Alioski was my pick for MOM, but Tyler Roberts thoroughly deserved it. Roberts biggest compliment was the other players recognised his good performance and congratulated him on it. Roberts linked up well with Bamford helping Bamford to 2 goals. I would say the WBA game was Roberts coming of age game, the penny seems to have dropped and he's finally bought into Bielsa's style of play, tactics and instructions. He's now set himself a precedent, hopefully he can be consistent. Pablo Hernandez, our Engineer, Architect, Navigator, Pathfinder and Pilot. What a game he played, and what a brilliant goal after just 16 seconds, pure magic. There's room for critique in every game, but I'll just leave it at that for this game.
