I just cant see the appeal of the SPL, 4 big games a season if your a Celtic player and only get into Europe by default. Wish Matthews the best, Ledley the worst and I couldnt care less about Loovens, an average player made to look like a superstar by big Rog.
Ditto, our attacking options at the moment are limited to say the least, why on earth Parkin was allowed out is totally beyond me, especially as we now only have 3 forwards on the books, oh well Gerrard up front on wednesday and Turner makes his debut at centre half.
MM obviously is seeing Parkin in training and is not impressed. Backfired a bit at the mo, but could be called back at a moment`s notice probably if required. Quite a unique trio, but Mathews would be welcome back for me, and more usage of Darcy please!
its clear that the scottish league is in decline, its been slowly getting worse and worse, so i feel for those 3 who are tied to them for a few more years yet
