We need to keep hold of these two, I know as a team we've failed so far but that can be blamed on the behind the scenes activity.

Once the administration is sorted, weve got the basis of a really good young side, if we can keep hold of thse two stars then I think well get out of this season next season (if not this) and possibly even a double promotion
But we cant lose everygame forever.
Hopefully we can sign hitcock permanenetly aswell if Blackburn dont want him

Not seen much of Hitchcock but have been suprised how little he has played, heard rumours that it might be attitude related and he wasn´t happy here. LeCointe has a lot of promise and as I stated in another thread would like to see him given an extended run and the bit I have seen of Young was very impressed. The youth set up has been producing some good prospects of late.

Put together they sound more like a firm of Solicitors than products of Argyle's youth set up. I too have been a little impressed with both and it is the old adage of if you are good enough then you are old enough. Maybe the time has come to give a settled side a run of games and see what they can develope into. We have been swapping and switching all over the place this season and that can't do anyone any good. Mind you sendings off do not help.

Yep last season or so we have been more like the Red Army. Combination of age, experience, frustration and pressure are obviously contributing factors but we need to improve discipline. Maybe the new leadership will help and set a beter example though after last Saturday maybe not! <laugh>
