    All over the net.

Bad for Toon fans and the Mackems for different reasons.

Aston Villa: Paul Lambert sacked as manager
Aston Villa have sacked manager Paul Lambert after the club dropped into the Premier League relegation zone.

Villa lost 2-0 to fellow strugglers Hull City on Tuesday, their 10th league game without a win.

Their haul of 12 league goals this season is the lowest total after 25 games in Premier League history.

The 45-year-old Scot, who was appointed in 2012, signed a contract extension through until June 2018 on 17 September.

A wretchedly **** manager. He won't be missed by most Villa fans. A true bottom feeder in the mould of Pards and other vile 'jobs for the boy's' members.

Just never worked out for him. Right from the start it just didn't look like it was going to happen. I liked Lambert as a footballer, he was top class. I struggle to find anything particularly loathsome about him but he is just so dour and boring. No surprise his teams are similar. His managerial record is none too impressive. He did ok with Norwich and Wycombe. Nothing too flash though.

I just think he needs to cheer up. I suppose if he is that boring he can't help it. Like Phil Neal. Another incredibly boring man. The most boring man on the planet. It wasn't Turnip Heeds fault, it was his ****ing stale assistant.

I was about to blame it on being managers who were defensive midfielders. Lambert, Keane, even Guardiola's teams bore the pants off people. I suppose though Martinez teams are usually quite exciting to watch. So no, its just being a boring twat that doesn't help with football. Guardiola gets away with it because he has some form of personality (although having all the best players does help...)

It's never nice to see a manager sacked - especially one who successfully guided those Vile scumbags into the relegation zone. He should at least have been given until the end of the season to complete his good work.
