They changed fitness coaches a couple seasons back, Arsenal fans were hoping things would improve.
Don't think they have been too bad this season, I think Cazorla has been the only long term injury they have missed this season.

Mertesacker, Welbeck, Ramsey and Debuchy have also missed months.
They seem to always have a bunch of players out with knocks, too.

I wouldn't put any of those in their best XI to be honest.

Better a right Shaman than a left bollock.

Or are you the middle bollock? Is that where your name stems from?

Maybe not, but they need squad depth to compete on multiple fronts.
They've had to shift Gabriel to right-back in a number of recent games and he's just not one.
That also limits their choices at centre-half, so having Mertesacker and Debuchy available would've helped.
They might have nicked a draw against Watford! <laugh>

Mustafi probably would have been better at Right back and Gabriel at CB.

Yeah, I didn't understand that one either. Wenger must see something there that I don't, I guess.

A lot of the Arsenal fans were baffled too.
Apparently Mustafi plays Right back for Germany, so switching him to RB and putting Gabriel in his preferred position would have made much more sense.

Mustafi might play right-back for Germany, but the same's been said of our centre-halves for Belgium.
Vertonghen's wasted as a left-back and he looks like he's playing out of position there.
The same could be true of Mustafi, but I've not watched him play there enough to comment.
