    I think Krul is still developing.

    He had a shambles in front of him for the majority of the season and I would defy any GK to look good in that Toon team!

    Granted, his form has dipped but who has played well in front of him?

    He is a good goalkeeper and if De Gea moves to Real Madrid, it wouldn't surprise me if Man Utd were in for him <ok>

    You should see obi's petrol bill. It's like him. ****ing huge.
    It takes a lot of fuel to push his rotund frame around.

    I would rather keep Krul. He didn't perform well last season but hopefully that was a one off rather than a sign of things to come. When on form he is a good keeper and I would rather our busy management team were focussed on the key positions rather than having to find a goalkeeper as well. If he did leave I think they might be tempted to give Darlow the position and that could be dangerous - he is not proven at Premier league level yet.
