So. Rumours linking us with making a bid in January, would you want him back, one of the originals that sold their souls, I don't.

decent player, but i think it would upset our current CB's if he came in, as they have been playing well. if he did come back, i can't see him pushing koscielny, vermaelen or mertesacker out of the team, and he wouldn't want to be 4th cb.

Kolo served us during his period with Arsenal and was one of the few players who consistently showed heart, Wenger never should of sided with Gallas as Kolo was far better. Hes been making a few mistakes with City but you can attribute that to being rusty and lacking match fitness. Lets face facts he's far better than Djourou or Squillaci so he would defiantly add strength to our squad. Remember when Sol cameback and was great for us, Kolo could do the same

No. Malaria wiped him out and he hasn't been the same since by a long shot.
Leave the fans with good memories. He's lost fitness, and I'm not sure that level wille ver come back. He's also not particularly aerially dominant. He left under a cloud because of Gallas, so fair enough he may come back now that Gallas has gone.

Jury is out. Could be a great move as he brings experience. I'd rather Vertonghen though personally.

I heard Vertonghen although good is injury prone, we have enough players sidelined so that could be an issue if its true. Then again he apparently plays well with Vermaelen so he could be a good addition, I would still prefer Kolo though.

Vertonghen has been top of my wishlist for a couple of seasons now - would be a fantastic addition to the squad as he can cover CB, LB and DM and can play well with the verminator.

Kolo is an interesting player to be linked with - i didn't have any bad blood tbh with him leaving - can he still hack it at the top level? Is he the best option to bring in - are there other players who could do a job for us? Does he beat djourou to the 4th choice CB spot? I'm not sure - although i did always like him while he was with us. He could be a good addition to the squad tbh and i think although he would be 4th choice he would add some experience and is better than djourou and squill.

So is Djourou and at least he seems to care about his performance, Djourou after the United defeat did no seem concerned at all. I’m not suggesting that Kolo would be a starter but he in my opinion would defiantly make a good fourth choice

We don't need to be bringing in more CBs. Time to stop mucking around with the defence and focus on getting them to gel, communicate and work as a unit.
