Frustrating as it is I'm with you on Kit. The last thing we need right now is another change of manager. I'm a little worried he is a bit too nice. I've watched mucking about by the subs at half time while they are training. I looks good fun and they are young but when your losing it could be construed as not caring. It's a good young squad with skilful players but in the Championship you need some tough guys to force your way into positions. Our possession is good but in the wrong areas of the field and we have difficulty converting it into good goal scoring opportunities. The squad if we can keep them all together will naturally get better. I think it's time to change the Hugo up front position though - it's not working and we need to speed up the ball from midfield to the wings and penalty box. That's my sermon this Sunday.
Yes we have a young squad, whats wrong ? "Hard work, more positive tactics "this is the managers responsibility. And where is the defensive strengthening, which all those attending know we desperately need. I did not expect wonders this year, or another relegation dogfight, which if we don't get our act together we may find ourselves in.
On form since Kit took over we would be 6th or 7th. The last 3 league games haven't been brilliant but then some players form has dipped. Injuries haven' helped either. Win percentage is still high 40's.
